Arena fixes

since the exp has been lowerd i suggest u lower the warplimit of arena to 120 or something

+i also suggest we fix up some better training spots for a BK in arena.

I know this has been a issue for a few weeks now...and we are trying to make changes to the arena all the time. For this I have had server 3 opened up for me and other GM's to test out the arena and a few other bugs. Acutally the xp will be lowered again and we are still thinking on how we want all the mobs and etc to be layed out in the arena. So Please do bare with us on the arena mobs....that is a big project in its own we are trying to fix. But we do thank you for the suggestion. Like I said I am having the xp lowered atleast one more time here and will run tests with it. Plus will consider changing the warp limits as we test new mobs and such in server 3. If you have anymore suggestions please do feel free to give your imput, since all the feedback that you guys do give us helps us a lot.

ok sorted out mobs in arena erm sorry but it is for higher rr,s and pts
so dont think any need to lower warp there.
also as requested BK.s now have a couple places in arena to help make traing easier
hope things in there are all kewl now
