it seems like this inventory bug occurs whenever you pick items without any name on it, just the "+" and a value..i got bugged again after Trav fixed it...
example:
monster drops a "+3 labeled item only" = inventory bug

no problem well the + items aint dropping anymore hve,nt for an hour or so but when u go offline i will remove it from invent for you
